消食助运方对脾虚痰湿证2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究消食助运方对脾虚痰湿证2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群的影响。方法 收集2018年5月至2022年9月山西省中医院门诊或住院收治的43例脾虚痰湿证2型糖尿病患者的血液样本和粪便样本,检测患者入院时和治疗后(治疗后16 d)的糖代谢指标、脂代谢指标、肝功能、肾功能及提取肠道微生物分析肠道菌群。结果 治疗后,糖代谢指标空腹血糖[(10.01±0.46)mmol/L与(7.77±0.31)mmol/L]和餐后2 h血糖[(16.41±0.77) mmol/L与(9.87±0.17)mmol/L]显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂代谢指标总胆固醇[(5.19±0.16)mmol/L与(4.34±0.13)mmol/L]、甘油三酯[(3.19±0.64)mmol/L与(1.75±0.14)mmol/L]和低密度脂蛋白[(3.49±0.12)mmol/L与(3.01±0.04)mmol/L]显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶[(36.2±3.8)U/L与(23.7±2.0)U/L]和天冬氨酸转氨酶[(29.0±2.2)U/L与(23.0±1.5)U/L]显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肠道菌群种类和丰度显著改变。结论 消食助运方改善了2型糖尿病患者血糖指标、脂代谢指标及肾功能,改变2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群的种类和丰富度。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoshi Zhuyun recipe on intestinal flora of type 2 diabetes patients with spleen deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome.Methods Blood samples and stool samples of 43 patients with type 2 diabetes with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome were collected to detect glucose metabolism index,lipid metabolism index,liver function and kidney function,and extract intestinal microflora to analyze intestinal flora.Results The patients were all confirmed cases of type 2 diabetes with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,a total of 43 cases,29 males and 14 females.Samples were taken from all patients 16 days after treatment.The results showed that after treatment,glucose metabolism indicators FPG[(10.01±0.46)mmol/L us.(7.77±0.31)mmol/L] and PPG[(16.41±0.77)mmol/L vs.(9.87±0.17)mmol/L]were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);lipid metabolism indicators TC[(5.19±0.16)mmol/L us.(4.34±0.13)mmol/L],TG[(3.19±0.64)mmol/L us.(1.75±0.14)mmol/L]and LDL[(3.49±0.12)mmol/L us:.(3.01±0.04)mmol/L]were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);liver function ALT[(36.2±3.8)U/L us.(23.7±2.0)U/L]and AST[(29.0±2.2)U/L us.(23.0±1.5)U/L] were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The species and abundance of intestinal flora changed significantly.Conclusion Xiaoshi Zhuyun recipe can improve blood glucose index,lipid metabolism index and renal function,and change the type and richness of intestinal flora in type 2 diabetes patients.
