摘 要:为了降低卷烟烟气中的有害物质含量,以三聚氰胺海绵为基质,采用溶液浸渍法制备血红蛋白改性海绵,并与醋酸纤维滤棒制成复合滤棒.研究改性海绵复合滤棒对卷烟烟气中有害物质的吸附能力.设计和构建复合滤棒仿真模型,模拟滤棒内烟碱体积分数分布情况,探究改性条件对滤棒吸附烟气能力的影响.结果表明,改性海绵能够有效降低主流烟气中烟碱等有害物质;通过模拟计算发现,与提高滤棒中的海绵比例相比,增大血红蛋白含量能更加有效地吸附烟气中有害物质,且对烟气压降的影响较小。In order to reduce the harmful substances in cigarette gas,the composite filter was studied by combining acetate fiber with hemoglobin-coated melamine foam.The adsorption capacity of hemoglobin-coated foam on harmful substances of cigarette gas was checked by a simulating smoking device.A composite filter simulation model was designed and constructed by a computational fluid dynamics method.The volume fraction of cigarette gas component and system variations were explored in detail.The results showed that the modified foam could effectively reduce harmful substances in cigarette gas.According to the simulation,hemoglobin modification was an effective method to reduce harmful substances in the cigarette gas,and had relatively less impact on the drop of cigarette gas pressure.
