数据融合技术助力消防救援新质战斗力的探索研究

摘　　要：为加快打造消防救援新质战斗力,充分发挥数据在应急救援指挥调度、作战行动中的关键作用,本文分析传统数据缺陷,研究数据要素特点,发挥数据要素乘数效应,探寻新的作战机理、优化作战指挥流程、引领决策方式变革,通过数据融合技术的实践运用,推动实现跨部门、跨领域的数据共享与协同,为构建全面、智能的应急救援指挥作战体系提供坚实的数据保障,实现精准预判预警、正确分析决策、高效指挥作战的目标。In order to accelerate the development of new-quality fire-fighting combat capabilities and give full play to the key role of data in emergency rescue command and dispatch,as well as in combat operations,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of traditional data,studies the characteristics of data elements,and brings into play the multiplier effect of data elements.It explores new combat mechanisms,optimizes the combat command process,and leads the transformation of decision-making methods.Through the practical application of data fusion technology,it promotes cross-departmental and cross-field data sharing and collaboration,provides solid data support for the construction of a comprehensive and intelligent emergency rescue command and combat system,and achieves the goals of accurate prediction and early warning,correct analysis and decision-making,and efficient command and combat.
