摘　　要：国家环保要求日益严格,铸造企业更加重视降低能耗和污染物排放的技术措施。SRIF-D树脂不含甲醛和苯酚,造型和浇注过程中刺激性气味小。SRIF-D树脂与宝珠砂结合的型砂工艺生产铸钢件,在自硬砂工艺中,树脂的加入量可控制在0.7%~0.8%,而在温芯盒壳型工艺中,树脂的加入量可控制在1.2%~1.4%,旧砂回收再利用率超过98%,减少了固体废弃物的排放。With the increasing national environmental protection requirements,foundry enterprises pay more attention to technical measures to reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions.Bonny resin does not contain formaldehyde and phenol,and has little irritating odor in the process of molding and pouring.In the production of steel casting using bonny resin combined with ceramic foundry sand,the amount of resin can be controlled at 0.7%-0.8%in the self-hardening sand process,while in the warm box process,the amount of the resin can be controlled at 1.2%-1.4%.The reusable rate of used sand is more than 98%,reducing the emission of solid waste.
