摘 要:城市轨道交通智能运维系统快速发展过程中,积累了大量包括轨道车辆各个子系统运行、故障数据在内的运营数据。深度挖掘这些数据的价值对于提升城市轨道交通的智能运维能力至关重要。通过深入挖掘数据在轨道车辆设备状态监测与预警中的价值,结合地铁车辆的实际运行工况,提供一种科学、有效的地铁车辆设备在途运行状态异常告警方案。方案不仅充分利用了现有数据资源,还通过模型构建和算法优化,实现对地铁车辆设备状态的更精准、更实时地监测和预警。方案详细阐述了包括空调在内的关键系统预警告警规则的实际应用案例,通过探讨合理的模型规则,使规则能够及时发现设备运行中的异常情况,并通过系统提示或自动报警等方式,提醒运维人员及时进行处理,以实现更科学、有效的设备在途健康监控。During the rapid development of the intelligent operation and maintenance system for urban rail transit,a mass of operation data including the operation and fault data of different subsystems of rail vehicles have been accumulated.Deeply exploring the value of these data is crucial for improving the intelligent operation and maintenance capacity of the urban rail transit.Through deep exploration of the value of data in equipment state monitoring and early warning of rail vehicles and combination with the actual operation conditions of metro cars,a scientific and effective on-way running state abnormality alarm solution for the equipment of metro cars is proposed.This solution not only makes full use of existing data resources,but also realizes more precise and real-time monitoring and early warning of the equipment state of metro cars through modeling and algorithm optimization.The solution describes in detail the practical application cases of early warning and alarm rules for key systems including air conditioners and studies the reasonable model rules that allow to find abnormalities of equipment operation in time and remind the operation and maintenance personnel to handle the abnormalities in time by means of system prompt or automatic alarm so as to realize more scientific and effective on-way health monitoring of the equipment.
