摘 要:某出口南美4编组电力-内燃双动力动车组在进行车辆例行动调试验时,车门系统所有门控器向列车控制系统报出来自列车的速度信号故障,根据车辆故障判断逻辑:当列车零速信号和运行信号同时有效时,门控器会报出来自列车的速度信号故障。经过现车分析测量发现故障原因为车辆零速继电器在失电瞬间发生触点粘连导致门控器收到的列车零速信号和运行信号同时有效,进而向列车控制系统反馈此故障,进一步核对继电器触点容量,发现触点容量偏小,导致零速继电器在失电瞬间过载断开导致粘连。通过核查照明系统灯全关闭继电器触点容量,将两种型号的继电器进行互换,既保证了照明系统功能正常,同时也解决了速度信号异常故障,保障了车门系统的安全运行。During the routine dynamic commissioning test on an electro-diesel multiple unit composed of 4 cars exported to the South America,all the door controllers of the door system reported the speed signal fault from the train to the train control system.According to the car fault judgment logic,when the zero-speed signal and the running signal of the train are valid simultaneously,the door controllers will report the speed signal fault from the train.Through analysis and measurement on car,it was found that the fault had been caused by the contact adhesion of the zero-speed relay of car in the power-loss moment,which made the zerospeed signal and the running signal of train received by the door controllers simultaneously valid and the fault fed back to the train control system.Further verification of the capacity of the relay contact showed that the capacity of the contact was smaller,which caused overload and disconnection of the zero-speed relay in the power-loss moment,leading to the contact adhesion.After verifying the contact capacity of the all-lights-off relay in the lighting system,the two models of relays were exchanged,which both ensured the normal function of the lighting system and solved the speed signal abnormality fault,thereby ensuring the safe operation of the door system.
