摘  要:油压减振器作为调节和衰减走行部与车体间振动的重要零部件,对改善城轨车辆运行品质、提高乘客乘坐舒适度起着至关重要的作用。针对武汉地铁6号线油压减振器漏油现象,从油压减振器基本结构、工作原理及常见故障现象与处理出发,对故障减振器进行彻底分解,对各部件进行检查,最终发现漏油原因为活塞杆工作表面金属附着物划伤骨架油封唇口,导致骨架油封密封功能失效。同时提出增加防护工装来优化焊接工艺、加强现场培训和质量管控等整改措施,整改效果良好。As an important component to adjust and attenuate the vibrations between the running gear and the carbody,the hydraulic damper plays a crucial role in the improvement of the running quality of urban rail vehicles and the ride comfort of passengers.In response to the oil leak phenomenon of hydraulic dampers for Wuhan Metro Line 6,based on the basic structure,working principle,common fault phenomena and fault handling of the hydraulic damper,the faulty damper was thoroughly decomposed and each component was inspected.It’s been finally found out that the cause of oil leak is the failure of sealing function of the framework oil seal because the metal attachments on the working surface of the piston rod has scratched the lip of the framework oil seal.The article also proposes some corrective measures such as using a protective tooling to optimize the welding process and intensifying the on-site training and quality control which have a good corrective effect.
