摘  要:武汉动车段高级修构架缓存组挂区面临了诸多困境,由于场地空间受限,其被划分为多个缓存区域,各区域间转运频繁。而现有的转运方式完全依靠人工操作既有双梁桥式起重机,这不仅使转运效率低,还具有较大的安全风险,同时因构架数量众多,在库内定位构架位置极为困难。随着检修任务地不断增加,这些问题对现场生产造成了严重影响。基于当前确定的工艺布局、各车型构架存放姿态以及现场的空间状况,文章提出了一系列解决方案,包括对既有起重机进行智能化改造、研发适配的新型构架转运设备、开发平库智能仓储系统并借助RFID电子标签与手持终端的应用。这些举措旨在实现构架的高效转运,加强作业人员物料运输的安全性,提升构架仓储管理的水平,进而有效改善现场作业秩序,为武汉动车段高级修人员工作的优化提供有力支撑。The frame buffer zones for advanced repair of Wuhan Multiple Unit Train Depot face several difficulties.As the space is limited,the site is divided into multiple buffer zones and the transfer among different zones is frequent.The current transfer mode completely relies on the manual operation of the existing double-beam overhead crane,which not only reduces the efficiency of transfer,but also contains a high risk of safety.In addition,as there’re a great number of frames,it’s very difficult to locate the frames in the warehouse.With the increasing number of maintenance tasks,these problems seriously disrupt the on-site production.Based on the current process layout,the storage state of frames for all types of car and the space of the site,a series of solutions are proposed,including the intelligent transformation of the existing crane,the development of an suitable new frame transfer equipment,the development of an intelligent storage system for single-layer warehouse and the application of RFID and portable terminals.These measures aim to achieve the efficient transfer of frames,strengthen the safety of operators and material transport and improve the level of frame storage management so as to effectively improve the on-site operation order and provide a strong support to the optimization of work of the advanced repair personnel of Wuhan Multiple Unit Train Depot.
