摘 要:标准化水平是衡量一个国家和企业的生产技术水平和管理水平的尺度,是现代化的重要标志。采用数字化手段实施铁路车辆检修车间标准化建设,成为铁路车辆检修尤其是轮轴检修的必然趋势。文章以我国铁路货车轮轴检修指导思想和生产线建设总体思路为背景,结合昆明北车辆段轮轴检修车间现状分析,提出了轮轴检修数字化系统方案,介绍了该系统的结构、功能特点以及预期效果,阐述了如何通过“人机料法环测”各关键要素的信息化管理实现轮轴检修生产管理、质量管理和过程控制自动化,以推动基于数字化和可视化的车间标准化建设,从而保障铁路货车轮轴检修高质量、高效率安全生产。The level of standardization is a ruler to measure the level of production technology and management of a country or an enterprise and an important symbol of modernization.Adopting digital means to implement the standardized construction of railway vehicle maintenance workshops has become an inevitable trend for the railway vehicle maintenance,especially the wheel and axle maintenance.Based on the guiding thought of wheel and axle maintenance of railway freight cars and the overall idea of production line construction in China and combining the analysis of the current situation of the wheel and axle maintenance workshop at Kunming North Vehicle Depot,the article proposes a digital system solution for wheel and axle maintenance,introduces the structure,functional characteristics and expected effects of the system,and elaborates how to achieve the automation of production management,quality management and process control of the wheel and axle maintenance through the information management of key elements of“human,machine,material,method,environment and testing”to promote the standardized construction of workshops based on digitization and visualization,thereby ensuring high-quality,high-efficiency and safe maintenance of wheels and axles of railway freight cars.
