全自动运行场景下的城际铁路运营管理研究

摘　　要：在城际铁路的应用和发展中,全自动运行系统具有强化运营安全、提高运营效率、降低劳动强度、提升服务水平等优势。文章对城际铁路全自动运行的基本概念进行探析,对全自动运行场景下的城际铁路运营管理开展研究,从行车组织和调度指挥、客运组织和旅客服务、维修保养和备品备件、安全管理和应急保障等方面进行梳理并提出要点,为城际铁路运营单位应用全自动运行系统和规范运营管理提供参考。In the application and development of the intercity railways,the fully automatic running system has advantages such as enhancing the operation safety,increasing the operation efficiency,reducing the labor intensity and improving the service level.The article explores and analyzes the basic conception of the fully automatic running of the intercity railways,studies the operation management of the intercity railways in fully automatic running scenarios.It analyzes the traffic organization and dispatch command,the passenger transport organization and passenger service,the maintenance and spare parts,the safety management and emergency security and other aspects and proposes the key points,providing the intercity railway operators with a reference for application of the fully automatic running system and standardization of the operation management.
