摘 要:为解决虚拟电厂(VPP)建设过程中无法科学有效聚合分散能源资源的问题,提出了基于GIS地理分区的VPP需求侧能源聚合模型。建立了风电、光电、柔性负荷、电动汽车的出力模型;根据能源分布GIS特征,对能源类型进行地理分区;以VPP成本日均最低、日负荷最优、日均功率最大和地理分区聚合度最高建立目标函数;以VPP规模、地理空间距离、出力、波动率和互补性为约束条件;利用改进的蝙蝠算法求解聚合模型;通过算例分析验证聚合模型的有效性,为VPP建设过程中聚合分散的能源类型提供参考。In order to solve the problem that the virtual power plant(VPP)couldn’t scientifically and effectively aggregate and disperse energy resources during the construction process,we proposed a demand-side energy aggregation model of VPP based on GIS geographical partitioning,and established output models for wind power,photovoltaics,flexible loads,and electric vehicles.According to the GIS characteristics of energy distribution,we carried out the geographical division of energy types,and established the objective functions by the lowest average daily cost,the best daily load,the largest average daily power,and the highest aggregation degree of geographical division.Taking the VPP scale,geographical space distance,output,volatility and complementary as the constraint conditions,we used the improved bat algorithm to solve the aggregation model,and verified the effectiveness of aggregation model through the case analysis,which could provide a reference for the aggregation and dispersion of energy type in the process of VPP construction.
