摘  要:针对不动产权籍调查中由属性种类复杂、权利信息变动频繁导致的质量控制难题,提出了一种有效控制数据全生命周期的协同模型,基于云端服务器多用户并行开展数据处理与同步增量更新,有效融合了移动GIS协同数据处理、数据自动校验方法、数据库可溯源更新等技术。在广州市某区权籍调查项目中的应用表明,相较于人工检查、质检软件辅助检查,该模型在工作量和时效两方面表现更优,能提前发现问题,规避大批量返工;对于自然资源确权登记、城市更新拆迁调查等同类项目的开展,具有重要的参考价值,为测绘地理信息领域的协同普查提供了全生命周期质量管控思路。Aiming at the quality control problems caused by complex attribute types and frequent changes of rights information in rights investigation,we proposed a collaborative model to effectively control the whole life cycle of data.This model can carry out multi-user parallel data processing and synchronous incremental update based on cloud server,which effectively integrates mobile GIS collaborative data processing,automatic data verification method,database traceable update and other technologies.The application results of a rights investigation project in Guangzhou show that this model has better performance in workload and timeliness compared with manual inspection and quality inspection software assisted inspection,which can effectively detect problems in advance,and avoid mass rework.It is of great reference value to carry out similar projects,such as natural resources rights investigation,urban renewal and demolition investigation,which provides a whole life cycle quality control idea for collaborative census in the field of surveying,mapping and geographical information.
