摘 要:废用性骨质疏松症是一种骨骼机械负荷减少的继发性骨代谢疾病,已影响了大部分中老年人健康。该疾病的发生主要是由于运动受限引起体内破骨细胞与成骨细胞失衡,引发骨流失,因此调节二者平衡至关重要。骨组织中成骨细胞通过多种信号途径影响破骨细胞的形成、分化与凋亡,骨细胞途径的改变对骨丢失至关重要。本文综述了Wnt信号通路、骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)通路、骨保护素/核因子κB受体活化因子配体/核因子κB受体活化因子(OPG/RANKL/RANK)通路、雌激素信号通路对骨细胞的影响,提出通过物理治疗、药物治疗的防治方法,为骨质疏松症的防治提供参考。Disuse osteoporosis is a secondary bone metabolic disease caused by reduced mechanical loading on the skeleton,which has affected the health of a significant portion of the elderly population.The occurrence of this disease is primarily due to limited physical activity,leading to an imbalance between osteoclasts and osteoblasts in the body,resulting in bone loss.Therefore,regulating the balance between these two cell types is crucial.Osteoblasts in bone tissue influence the formation,differentiation,and apoptosis of osteoclasts through various signaling pathways,and changes in these pathways are critical to bone loss.This paper reviews the effects of Wnt signaling(Wnt)pathway,bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)pathway,osteoprotegerin/receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand/receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B(OPG/RANKL/RANK)pathway,and estrogen signaling pathway on bone cells.It proposes prevention and treatment methods through physical therapy and pharmacological interventions,providing references for the prevention and management of osteoporosis.
