摘  要:目的:验证电感耦合等离子质谱法测定白及重金属及有害元素含量的可行性,并比较栽培白及与野生白及的含量差异。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子质谱法测定铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量。结果:5种元素线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.995;检出限在0.0013~0.0121μg/L,定量限在0.0043~0.0403μg/L,各元素回收率在87.8%~104.0%;野生白及药材中镉元素的含量接近限值,生长年限和环境对元素含量均有影响。结论:电感耦合等离子质谱法可作为测定白及铅、镉、砷、汞、铜含量的方法,本研究结果可为白及的质量控制及安全性评价提供依据。Objective:To verify the feasibility of determining the content of heavy metals a-nd harmful elements in Rhizoma Bletillae by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and compare the content differences between cultivated Rhizoma Bletillae and wild Rhizoma Bletillae.Methods:The sample is treated by microwave digestion method,and the content of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper is determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results:Five elements show good linearity within the test ranges,correlation coefficient higher than 0.995;the limit of detection is 0.0013μg/L to 0.0121μg/L,the limit of quantification is 0.0043μg/L to 0.0403μg/L,and recovery rate ranging from 87.8%to 104.0%;the content of cadmium in wild Rhizoma Bletillae is close to the limit,and the growth age and environment have an impact on the element content.Conclusion:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can be used as a method to determine the content oflead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper in Rhizoma Bletillae,the results can provide a basis for quality control and safety evaluation of Rhizoma Bletillae.
