摘 要:医学细胞生物学作为医学教育的重要基础课程,在培养学生理性思维和动手能力方面至关重要。本研究利用MOOC平台的可变性和丰富性,构建了线上与线下教学相结合的新型教学模式,并围绕教学设计、课程资源的元素融入、线上线下教学实践路径以及多维评价体系等多角度进行深入研讨。结果显示,该教学模式有效地提高了学生的学习效果和自主学习能力,具体体现在期末成绩平均分数提高7.8分,对知识点的把握程度提高了18个百分点,课堂互动频率增加了30%以上,而学生对于课程的满意度高达88%。这一模式对于医学教学改革具有重要的参考意义。Medical cell biology,as an important foundational course in medical education,is crucial in cultivating students’rational thinking and hands-on abilities.This study utilizes the variability and richness of MOOC platforms to construct a new teaching model that combines online and offline teaching,and conducts in-depth discussions from multiple perspectives such as teaching design,integration of course resources,online and offline teaching practice paths,and multidimensional evaluation systems.The results show that the teaching mode effectively improved students’learning effectiveness and self-learning ability,specifically reflected in the average final grade score increasing to 7.8 points,the grasp of knowledge points increasing by 18 percentage points,the frequency of classroom interaction increasing by more than 30%,and students’satisfaction with the course reaching 88%.This model has important reference significance for medical teaching reform.
