摘　　要：通过重组DNA技术制备的重组胶原蛋白,具有与天然胶原蛋白相似的结构,与人体胶原蛋白一样,能在维持皮肤弹性、骨骼健康、关节润滑等方面发挥重要作用,具有作为关节润滑液的开发前景。基于此,本文对重组胶原蛋白用于关节润滑液的开发前景进行了研究。Recombinant collagen prepared by recombinant DNA technology has a similar structure to natural collagen,and like human collagen,it can play an important role in maintaining skin elasticity,bone health,joint lubrication,etc.,and has a prospect of development as a joint lubrication fluid.Based on this,the development prospect of recombinant collagen for joint lubrication was studied in this paper.
