摘　　要：随着新能源电池技术发展,乘用车动力电池规格尺寸标准化对动力电池行业的规范化、规模化显现出重要意义。为了解决市场中单体电芯规格尺寸过多且散乱无序、电芯规格尺寸标准化研究较少、动力电池企业设计制造成本过大等关键问题,本文深入分析了新能源汽车动力电池行业的现状和市场端电芯规格统计情况,针对BEV乘用车车型所采用的磷酸铁锂电池方形单体电芯规格尺寸进行了系统性分析,并给出了推荐的相关规格尺寸,为动力蓄电池规格尺寸选型提供重要参考。With the development of new energy battery technology,the standardization of passenger car power battery specifications and sizes is of great significance for the standardization and scale of the power battery industry.In order to solve the key problems of excessive and disordered specifications and sizes of single cells in the market,less research on standardization of cell specifications and sizes,and excessive design and manufacturing costs for power battery companies,this article deeply analyzes the current situation of the new energy vehicle power battery industry and the statistics of cell specifications on the market side.It systematically analyzes the specifications and sizes of square single cells for lithium-iron phosphate batteries used in BEV passenger car models,and provides recommended specifications and sizes,providing important reference for selecting power battery specifications and sizes.
