摘 要:针对传统燃油车变速箱啸叫噪声问题,本文基于传递误差大小周期理论,建立传递误差和响应之间的对应关系,从根源上分析了变速箱啸叫产生的机理。通过采用一种新的阶次分析方法和计算方式对齿轮传递误差的周期特性进行了细致分析,这种创新性的分析手段不仅准确地确定了啸叫噪声的频率特征,而且为后续的优化改进指明了方向。基于上述分析结果,在工程实践中可以快速确定问题点的整改优化方向,从而有效地改善车内的啸叫噪声问题。In response to the problem of gearbox whistling noise in traditional fuel vehicles,this paper establishes a corresponding relationship between transmission error and response based on the theory of transmission error size cycle,and analyzes the mechanism of gearbox whistling from the root.By adopting a new order analysis method and calculation approach,a detailed analysis of the periodic characteristics of gear transmission errors was conducted.This innovative analysis method not only accurately determines the frequency characteristics of howling noise,but also points out the direction for subsequent optimization and improvement.Based on the above analysis results,it is possible to quickly determine the direction of rectification and optimization of problem points in the engineering practice process,thereby effectively improving the problem of whistling noise inside the vehicle.
