摘 要:以环氧类扩链剂ADR-4468对氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(CPPC/PBS)共混物进行改性,采用熔融共混法制备了一系列CPPC/PBS/ADR共混物。研究了ADR-4468的质量分数(0%~3.5%)对CPPC/PBS/ADR共混物的结构、热性能、相容性、流变性能、力学性能和粘接性能的影响。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)结果表明,ADR-4468的环氧基团能与2种聚合物的端基反应形成扩链产物。动态力学性能结果表明,反应性增容改善了CPPC与PBS的相容性。热性能分析表明,与CPPC/PBS共混物相比,添加3.5%ADR共混物的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g,CPPC))和热分解温度(T_(d5%))分别提高了8.1和28.7℃。流变性能结果表明,ADR-4468的加入能有效提高CPPC/PBS/ADR共混物的储能模量(G′)、损耗模量(G″)和复数黏度(|η^(*)|)。当ADR-4468的质量分数为3.5%时,CPPC/PBS/ADR共混物的拉伸强度和杨氏模量分别为37.7和723.5 MPa,相较于CPPC/PBS共混物提升了123%和68%。CPPC/PBS/ADR共混物对不锈钢的搭接剪切强度呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,最高可达4.83 MPa,比CPPC/PBS共混物提高了53%。此外,CPPC/PBS/ADR(80/20/1.5)共混物对不同基材具有良好的适应性。因此,CPPC/PBS/ADR共混物具有较好的热稳定性、力学性能和粘接性能,在环境友好型热熔胶领域具有潜在的应用前景。Chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate)/poly(butylene succinate)(CPPC/PBS)blends were modified with ADR-4468,and a series of CPPC/PBS/ADR blends were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of the mass percentage of ADR-4468(0%~3.5%)on the structure,thermal properties,compatibility,rheological properties,mechanical properties and adhesive properties of the CPPC/PBS/ADR blends were investigated.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC)showed that the epoxy groups of ADR-4468 can react with the end groups of the two polymers to form chain extension products.The results of dynamic mechanical properties showed that the reactive compatibilization improved the compatibility between CPPC and PBS.Thermal properties showed that the glass transition temperature(T_(g,CPPC))and thermal decomposition temperature(T_(d5%))of the blends with incorporation of 3.5%ADR were increased by 8.1 and 28.7℃,respectively,compared with those of the CPPC/PBS blends.The results of rheological properties showed that the incorporation of ADR-4468 can effectively improve the storage modulus(G'),loss modulus(G″)and complex viscosity(|η^(*)|)of the CPPC/PBS/ADR blends.When the mass percentage of ADR-4468 was 3.5%,the tensile strength and Young's modulus of CPPC/PBS/ADR blends were 37.7 and 723.5 MPa,respectively,which were 123%and 68%higher than those of CPPC/PBS blends.The lap shear strength of CPPC/PBS/ADR blends on stainless steel increased first and then decreased,with a maximum value of 4.83 MPa,which was 53%higher than that of CPPC/PBS blends.In addition,the CPPC/PBS/ADR(80/20/1.5)blend has good adaptability on different substrates.Therefore,the CPPC/PBS/ADR blends have good thermal stability,mechanical properties and adhesive properties,and have potential applications in the field of environmentally friendly hot melt adhesives.
