摘 要:东北玉米在通过烘干脱水后,玉米水分从20%~40%迅速下降到安全储存水分之内,所带的田间害虫卵子和菌类附着的孢子也会在高温烘烤下被杀死或抑制,从而降低粮粒自身携带害虫和真菌孢子附着量,为提升粮食后期保管和食品卫生安全提供了较好的条件。储存期间粮库工作人员利用现代化科技仓房改造等措施,充分运用科技储粮新技术等管理手段,认真检查粮情、粮温、水分和虫害等情况[1],发现问题及时采取行之有效的方法进行处理,使东北玉米在内地储存达到安全储存和免熏蒸的目的。After drying and dehydrating,the moisture content of Northeast corn rapidly decreases from 20%-40%to within safe storage moisture.The eggs of field pests and spores attached to fungi carried by the corn will also be killed or inhibited under high temperature baking,thereby reducing the amount of insect eggs and bacterial attachment carried by the grain itself.This provides better conditions for improving the later storage and food hygiene safety of grain.During the storage period,modern technology such as warehouse renovation will be utilized,and management methods such as new technology for grain storage will be fully utilized.The grain situation,temperature,moisture,and pest infestations will be carefully inspected,and effective methods will be taken promptly to address any issues.This will ensure safe storage and fumigation free storage of Northeast corn in China's Mainland.
