猴头菇黄芪白及片对胃粘膜损伤的辅助保护作用及免疫调节作用研究  

Study on the Auxiliary Protective and Immune Regulatory Effects of Hericium Erinaceus Huangqi Baiji Tablets on Gastric Mucosal Injury

摘  要:在本研究中,采用了经口灌胃的方法,对猴头菇黄芪白及片进行了动物实验,旨在探讨其在辅助保护胃粘膜以及提升免疫力方面的功能效果。实验数据揭示,相较于空白对照组,模型对照组大鼠充血、出血、上皮细胞变性坏死及整体病变积分均显著上升(P<0.01)。相较于模型对照组,中剂量组大鼠在出血、上皮细胞变性坏死及总积分方面,呈显著降低(P<0.01);高剂量组作用更明显,充血、出血、上皮细胞变性坏死及整体病变积分均显著降低(P<0.01)。至于增强免疫力方面,猴头菇黄芪白及片对小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫和NK细胞活性有显著影响;对小鼠体重、脏体比和单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能无影响,表明猴头菇黄芪白及片具有胃粘膜损伤的辅助保护作用及增强免疫力作用。In this study,the method of oral gavage was used to carry out animal experiments on hericius mushroom and Astragalus Bai and tablet,aiming to explore its functional effects in protecting gastric mucosa and promoting immunity.The experimental data revealed that compared with the blank control group,the congestion,bleeding,epithelial cell degeneration and necrosis of rats in the model control group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with model control group,the bleeding,epithelial cell degeneration and necrosis and total score of rats in medium dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The effect of high dose group was more obvious,and the congestion,bleeding,epithelial cell degeneration and necrosis and the overall lesion score were significantly reduced(P<0.01).As for enhancing immunity,hericium mushroom and Astragalus Baihe tablet had significant effects on cellular immunity,humoral immunity and NK cell activity in mice.There were no effects on body weight,visceral-body ratio and phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages in mice,indicating that hericium ericium and Astragalus Baihe Tablet had an auxiliary protective effect on gastric mucosal injury and enhanced immunity.
