摘 要:中学生心理健康问题日益严峻,越来越多的研究关注父母支持对中学生心理健康的影响。相关研究显示,父母支持是影响青少年心理健康和社会适应的重要因素。以往关于父母支持的研究或作为社会支持的一部分,或作为父母教养方式的一部分展开,父母支持的内容结构各异,测量方法、题目数量各不相同,无法全面系统地了解父母支持的状况,对父母如何全面提高自己的支持能力也缺乏明确的指导。因此,本研究采用质性与量性相结合的方法,探索和验证中学生父母支持的结构模型。首先,通过开放式调查发现中学生父母支持包含自主支持、工具性支持、情感温暖、价值增进和积极督导五个维度。然后,编制中学生父母支持量表,结果显示该量表包含社会支持、自主支持和积极督导三个维度,具有良好的心理测量特质。本研究为准确测量和有效提高中学生父母支持提供了理论依据和实践工具,也为相关研究提供了框架,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。Due to the increasingly severe mental health problems of middle school students,research on the impact of parental support on mental health for middle school students is receiving increasing attention.Related studies have shown that parental support is an important factor affecting adolescent mental health and social adaptation.Previous studies on parental support have been conducted either as part of social support or as part of parental parenting styles.However,the content structure,measurement methods,and number of questions of parental support vary,making it difficult to comprehensively and systematically understand the status of parental support.There is also a lack of clear guidance for parents on how to comprehensively improve their support abilities.Therefore,this study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore and validate the structural model of parental support for middle school students.Firstly,through an openended survey,it was found that parental support for middle school students includes five dimensions:autonomous support,instrumental support,emotional warmth,value enhancement,and active supervision.Then,a parental support scale for middle school students was developed,and the results of the survey showed that the scale included three dimensions:social support,autonomous support,and active supervision,with good psychological measurement characteristics.This study provides theoretical basis and practical tools for accurately measuring and effectively improving parental support among middle school students,and also provides a framework for related research,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.
