世界历史视阈下坚持改革开放的历史唯物主义探析

摘　　要：从世界历史视阈考察改革开放,它是对计划经济的伟大超越,是融入世界历史大潮的必然选择。改革开放包括“改革”与“开放”两个方面,两者对生产力与生产关系相互作用的双重运用,为追赶世界历史使命提供不竭动力之源。在资本主义主导的世界历史进程中,改革开放既需要吸纳全球资本,又必须练就驾驭资本的高超本领,从而向着社会主义世界历史时代行稳致远。社会主义作为具有世界历史意义的事业,是世界历史向着改革开放的不断生成,因而必须围绕中国式现代化将改革开放进行到底。The Chinese reform and opening up,from a world historical perspective,is a great leap away from planned economy and is an inevitable choice to integrate China into the world.The reform and opening up have been two-way,the ultimate goal of which is to liberate productivity from the old system.In the process of world history dominated by the capitalism,it is of necessity for the reform and opening up to absorb global capital and develop superb skills of managing it to ensure steady and far-reaching outcomes to demonstrate the advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
