摘　　要：创办于1938年的贵州省立毕节师范学校,栉风沐雨,数度搬迁,几经更迭,发展为今天的贵州工程应用技术学院。86载的砥砺前行,孕育了学校优良的文化传统。新时代人才培养的需要赋予了学校文化建设新的使命,从“立德树人”的根本任务出发,把培养合格建设者和可靠接班人作为开展学校文化建设的立足点,大力倡导追求真理、勇于探索的科学精神。学校坚持“三为三根”的办学定位,以“五地五区”建设为工作路径推进学校文化建设工作,以具备“四心四能”的磅礴乌蒙人为人才培养目标,打造新时代学校文化建设特色品牌。Founded in 1938,Guizhou Provincial Bijie Normal School has undergone several relocations and changes,and has developed into today’s Guizhou University of Engineering Science.The 86 years journey of hard work has nurtured the university’s excellent cultural traditions.The need for talent cultivation in the new era has given new missions to the construction of the university culture.Starting from the fundamental task of“fostering virtue through education”,we should take the cultivation of qualified builders and reliable successors as the starting point for carrying out university culture construction,and vigorously advocate the scientific spirit of pursuing truth and daring to explore.Guizhou University of Engineering Science adheres to the educational positioning of“three purposes and three roots”,takes the construction of“five regions and five zones”as the working path to promote the construction of university culture,aims to cultivate talents with the“four hearts and four abilities”of the outstanding“Wumeng People”,and creates a distinctive brand of university culture construction in the new era.
