全面抗战时期以严的政治纪律涵养党内政治生态

摘　　要：全面抗战时期,在敌强我弱的复杂抗日形势中,在建立和巩固抗日民族统一战线的过程中,中国共产党党员人数快速增加,以适应党的自身发展和时代任务。党在短时期内迅猛发展,需要用铁的纪律武装全体党员。打造山清水秀的政治生态,必须让纪律和规矩严起来,以严的政治纪律从严管党治党,涵养党内政治生态,需要发挥政治纪律教育的作用,经常性地开展政治纪律教育;推进政治纪律制度化建设,对党员干部起到控制约束和惩罚威慑的作用;使党员干部严格遵守党的政治纪律和政治规矩;健全民主集中制,依靠民主集中制调节党内关系,实现党内关系正常化。During the full-scale anti-Japanese war period,in the complex anti-Japanese situation characterized by the enemy’s strength and our weakness,and in the tortuous process of upholding the Anti-Japanese National United Front,the rapid increase in the number of party members indeed corresponded to the developmental needs of the Party itself and the tasks of the times.For the rapid development of the Party in a short period,the Party members should be armed with iron discipline.To create a political ecology as clear and pristine as the mountains and waters,regulations and rules must be strict-ly enforced,namely,to rigorously enforce political discipline in the strict governance of the Party,it is essential to leverage the role of political discipline education in nurturing the political ecosystem within the Party,and to conduct political disci-pline education on a regular basis;to control,restrain,and deter Party members and officials,it is critical to advance the in-stitutionalization of political discipline through punitive measures with their strict adherence to the Party’s political discipline and rules ensured;furthermore,to regulate relations within the Party and normalize these relations by democratic central-ism,it is crucial to improve the democratic centralism it fully.
