摘　　要：目的观察探讨连续Z形联合V-Y皮瓣矫正手指条索状瘢痕挛缩畸形的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年9月-2022年12月,采用连续Z形联合V-Y皮瓣术矫正手指条索状瘢痕挛缩畸形12例病例资料,术后观察皮瓣存活和伤口愈合情况,并随访患者手指功能恢复情况。结果12例术后皮瓣成活良好,无皮瓣坏死,伤口均一期愈合。随访0.5~1年,12例手指功能恢复良好,无瘢痕挛缩复发。结论连续Z形联合V-Y皮瓣矫正手指条索状瘢痕挛缩畸形的临床效果良好,可避免掌指关节区植皮及挛缩复发。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of continuous Z-forming combined with V-Y flap on correction of contracture deformity of finger cord scar.Methods A retrospective observational research method was used.From September 2020 to December 2022,we used continuous Z-plasty combined V-Y flap to correct 12 cases of contracture deformity of finger cord scar,and observed the survival of skin flap and wound healing,and followed up the recovery of finger function.Results All the flaps of 12 patients survived successfully after operation without flap necrosis,and all the wounds healed initially.After follow-up for six months to one year,12 patients had good finger function recovery and no recurrence of scar contracture.Conclusion Continuous Z-plasty combined with V-Y flap has good clinical effect on correcting the deformity of finger cord scar contracture,which can avoid skin grafting on metacarpophalangeal joint and contracture recurrence.
