巴克无菌敷贴在手部皮肤软组织缺损修复中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨巴克无菌敷贴在手部皮肤软组织缺损修复中的临床应用效果。方法2016年6月-2021年12月,采用巴克无菌敷贴对31例手部皮肤软组织缺损伴骨或肌腱外露的创面,进行局部换药,每日1~2次,直至愈合。记录创面愈合时间,观察换药时的疼痛程度、皮肤愈合后的瘢痕评价、皮肤色泽及质地、感觉恢复情况及手部功能。结果31例创面全部愈合,愈合时间最短10 d,最长127 d,平均34 d。随访时间6~24个月,平均10个月,骨或肌腱外露均得到良好修复,创面愈合后外形良好,皮肤弹性好,无臃肿、无明显瘢痕增生和挛缩,色素沉着不明显,外观平整,患者对手部外形及功能恢复满意。结论巴克无菌敷贴能有效修复手部皮肤软组织缺损,减轻换药疼痛,改善愈合后的瘢痕增生,恢复良好手部外形和功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sterile application on the repair of hand skin defects.Methods From July 2016 to December 2021,31 hand skin defects were changed dressing 1~2 times a day until healing.Recorded the healing time of the wound,observed the pain during dressing change,scar evaluation after skin healing,skin color and texture,sensory recovery,and hand function.Results All 31 wounds healed,with a minimum healing time of 10 days and a maximum of 127 days,with an average of 34 days.The average follow-up was 10(6~24)months,and the bone or tendon exposure was well repaired.After wound healing,the skin had good elasticity,no overfat,no obvious scar hyperplasia or contracture,no obvious pigmentation,but smooth appearance,and the patient was satisfied with the hand appearance and function recovery.Conclusion Barker sterile dressing can effectively repair the hand skin defect,reduce the pain of dressing change,improve the scar hyperplasia after healing,and restore good hand appearance and function.
