摘　　要：目的探讨应用邻位腓动脉穿支皮瓣接力修复外踝上前穿支皮瓣供区的手术方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年3月-2021年12月,应用外踝上前穿支皮瓣修复足背、踝部、小腿皮肤缺损,皮瓣供区应用邻位腓动脉穿支皮瓣接力修复16例患者病例资料。创面面积:3.5 cm×3.0 cm~10.5 cm×5.0 cm。皮瓣面积:11.0 cm×5.0 cm~4.0 cm×3.0 cm。结果所有患者均得到12~24个月随访,1例术后2 d皮瓣远端出现暗紫,经蒂部部分拆线后好转;1例皮瓣远端皮肤浅表性坏死,经换药后愈合。腓动脉穿支皮瓣外形及质地优良,无色素沉着、瘢痕挛缩等,皮瓣供区均直接缝合。结论腓动脉穿支皮瓣皮肤色泽、厚薄、质地和受区相近,供区可直接缝合,是接力修复外踝上前穿支皮瓣供区的良好方法。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of peroneal artery perforator flap for relay repairing donor area of lateral malleolus flap.Methods From March 2018 to December 2021,use peroneal artery perforator flap for relay repairing wounds of lateral malleolus flap in 16 patients with skin and soft tissue defect of ankle or dorsum of foot or shanks.The surface of the wounds are 3.5 cm×3.0 cm~10.5 cm×5.0 cm.The largest flap is 11.0 cm×5.0 cm,the smallest flap is 4.0 cm×3.0 cm.Results All the patients were followed up from 12 to 24 months.Two days after operative,one of them distal flap appeared dark,the part of the pedicle was improved after stitches;One case of the flap with superficial necrosis,healed after dressing change.All the flaps have good appearance and texture,no pigmentation,scar contracture,and so on.The donor area of the peroneal artery perforator flaps were all sutured directly.Conclusion The peroneal artery perforator flap is closely with the receiving areas in the skin color,thickness,the donor area could suture directly,which is a good method to relay repair the donor area of lateral malleolus flap.
