摘　　要：目的探讨中空加压螺钉内固定治疗足舟骨背侧撕脱性骨折的疗效。方法2019年6月-2023年3月对13例足舟骨背侧撕脱性骨折患者采用切开复位中空加压螺钉内固定术,术后石膏或支具固定患肢6周。结果所有患者均获得随访,切口均一期愈合,骨折均一期顺利愈合,未出现骨折延迟愈合、不愈合,未出现内固定松动和断裂,未出现舟骨坏死和创伤性关节炎。结论采用中空加压螺钉内固定术治疗足舟骨背侧撕脱性骨折的临床疗效确切。Objective To analyze the efficacy of hollow compression screw internal fixation on the treatment of dorsal avulsion fractures of the scaphoid bone.Methods Thirteen patients with dorsal avulsion fracture of the navicular bone were treated with open reduction and hollow compression screw internal fixation,and the affected limb was fixed with plaster or braces for 6 weeks after surgery.Results All patients were followed up,and during the follow-up period,all incisions healed in the first stage,and the fractures healed smoothly in the first stage.There was no delayed or non union of the fractures,no loosening or fracture of the internal fixation,and no necrosis of the navicular bone or traumatic arthritis.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of using hollow compression screws for internal fixation in the treatment of dorsal avulsion fractures of the navicular bone is definite.
