摘　　要：提高区域生态系统韧性与中国绿色可持续发展目标一致,分析中国生态韧性空间演化机理有助于优化资源配置和环境规制政策。基于2011—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,通过地理探测器分析各指标对生态韧性的驱动力大小,采用空间杜宾模型分析命令控制型、市场激励型及公众参与型环境规制对生态韧性的空间效应及数字化水平的中介效应、财政分权的调节作用。结果表明:①工业固体废物综合利用率、人均地区生产总值与地方财政社会保障和就业支出为生态韧性主要驱动要素。②3种类型的环境规制对本地的生态韧性均具有正向影响,对于邻地的影响效应各不相同:命令控制型环境规制对邻地的生态韧性有正向影响;市场激励型环境规制对邻地有负向的空间溢出效应;公众参与型环境规制对邻地的生态韧性影响效果不明显。③3种类型环境规制的交互作用对生态韧性的影响为正,且具有非线性增强效果;数字化水平在3种环境规制对生态韧性影响效应中均起到中介作用,财政分权在环境规制对生态韧性的影响中具有单一门槛效应。最后提出加强环保基础设施与资源建设,大力发展绿色经济、数字经济,科学选择合适的环境规制方法,建立环境治理财政转移支付制度等对策建议。Improving the resilience of ecosystems is consistent with China′s green and sustainable development goals.Analyzing the spatial evolution mechanism of China′s ecological resilience can help optimize resource allocation and environmental regulatory policies.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011-2021,this paper analyzed the driving force of indicators on ecological resilience through geographic detectors,analyzed the spatial effects of command and control,market incentive,and public participation environmental regulations on ecological resilience through the spatial Durbin model,and analyzed the mediating effect of digitalization level and the moderating effect of fiscal decentralization.The results indicated that:①The main driving factors for ecological resilience were the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste,per capita regional GDP,local fiscal and social security,and employment expenditures.②The three types of environmental regulations had a positive impact on local ecological resilience,and their effects on neighboring areas were different:Command based environmental regulations had a positive impact on the ecological resilience of neighboring areas;Market oriented environmental regulations had a negative spatial spillover effect on neighboring areas;The impact of public participation in environmental regulations on the ecological resilience of neighboring areas was not significant.③The interaction effect of three types of environmental regulations on ecological resilience was positive and had a non-linear enhancement effect.The level of digitalization played a mediating role in the impact of three environmental regulations on ecological resilience.Fiscal decentralization had a single threshold effect on the impact of environmental regulation on ecological resilience.Finally,this paper proposed to strengthen the construction of environmental protection infrastructure and resources,develop green economy and digital economy vigorously,choose appropriate environme
