直升机军民标准适用性分析方法

摘　　要：军用标准和民用标准的侧重点不同,为避免军民两用直升机研制过程中由于标准选用不当而影响型号进度和质量,需开展标准的适用性分析工作。采用正向设计方法,针对军民两用直升机型号军机鉴定、民机取证、军机适航工作引用的标准开展差异性、融合性分析,得出采纳与使用建议并构建执行标准体系,实现军民标准要求结合,有效助力军民两用直升机型号的研制。The emphasis of military standards and civilian standards is different.In order to avoid the model progress and quality due to improper selection of standards,it is necessary to carry out the standard applicability analysis in the development process of the military-civilian helicopter.Using the forward design method,the differential and integration analysis of the standards was studied based on the standards cited in the military aircraft models identification,civil aircraft forensics and the airworthiness of military aircraft.Through comparative analysis,the adoption and use suggestions were adopted to build the military-civilian helicopter model implementation standard system.The construction of the military-civilian helicopter model implementation standard system realized the combination of military and civilian standards,and effectively assisted the development of the military-civilian helicopter.
