摘 要:从锂离子电池火灾发生机理分析了其火灾的特点,然后根据电动飞机锂离子电池系统的特点对安全防火进行了分析,表明锂离子电池防火系统不仅要满足及时探测、有效灭火和无复燃的要求,还需要满足合规性、可靠性、高效性、智能化等方面要求。结合现有飞机/直升机防火系统设计要求,提出了电动飞机锂离子电池智能防火系统的组成和功能要求,给出了电动飞机锂离子电池防火系统的关键技术,为未来电动飞机锂电池防火系统设计提供一定参考。建议研究出台锂离子电池安全防护标准和验证方法等顶层文件,并开展防火系统试验研究以验证设计可行性。This paper analyzed the characteristics of lithium-ion battery fire from its occurrence mechanism,and then analyzed the safety and fire prevention according to the characteristics of lithium-ion battery system in electric aircraft.It showed that the lithium-ion battery fire prevention system should not only meet the requirements of timely detection,effective fire extinguishing and no reigniting,but also met the requirements of compliance,reliability,high efficiency and intelligence.Combined with the design requirements of existing aircraft/helicopter fire protection system,this paper put forward the composition and functions of lithium-ion battery intelligent fire protection system for electric aircraft,and gave the key technologies of lithium-ion battery fire protection system for electric aircraft,which provided a certain reference for the future design of lithium-ion battery fire protection system for electric aircraft.It was recommended to study and issue top-level documents such as lithium-ion battery safety protection standards and verification methods,and carried out fire prevention system test research to verify the design feasibility.
