摘 要:激素在种子活力调控中发挥重要作用。为了解种子发芽不同时期内源激素含量的变化及其与种子活力的关系,比较分析了小麦育成品种和地方品种的种子活力差异,并利用液相色谱的方法检测了发芽6、12、24、48、72 h的内源赤霉素、生长素、玉米素、脱落酸含量。结果表明,地方品种发芽指数、幼苗长度分别分布在47~50、10~14 cm,活力指数、幼苗鲜质量分别分布在2.5~3.5、5~7 g,而育成品种发芽指数、幼苗长度分布在45~49、9~12 cm,活力指数、幼苗鲜质量分别分布在2.5~4.0、5~9 g;育成品种幼苗长度、幼苗鲜质量、活力指数显著高于地方品种。在种子发芽的过程中,育成品种和地方品种种子中赤霉素和生长素含量呈现增加的趋势,脱落酸含量呈现下降的趋势,玉米素含量变化较小。相关性分析结果发现,赤霉素、生长素和玉米素与种子活力呈显著正相关关系,脱落酸含量与种子活力呈显著负相关关系。种子发芽12 h和48 h的α-淀粉酶和TaGA3ox2基因表达量在育成品种的表达量显著高于地方品种。Hormones play important roles in the regulation of seed vigor.To understand the content change of endogenous hormones in different germination stages and the relationship between endogenous hormones and seed vigor,in this study,seed vigor difference between wheat improved varieties and local varieties was compared and analyzed,the contents of endogenous gibberellin,auxin,zeatin,and abscisic acid at 6h,12h,24h,48h,and 72h after germination were tested with liquid chromatography.The results showed that the germination index,seedling length,vigor index,and seedling fresh weight of the local varieties were distributed between 47-50 cm,10-14 cm,2.5-3.5 cm,and 5-7 g,respectively,while those of the improved varieties were distributed between 45-49 cm,9-12 cm,2.5-4.0 cm,and 5-9 g,respectively.The seedling length,seedling fresh weight,and vigor index of the improved varieties were significantly higher than those of the local varieties.During the process of germination,the content of gibberellin and auxin in the seeds of the improved varieties and local varieties increased,while the content of abscisic acid decreased,and the content of zeatin showed minor changes.Correlation analysis showed that gibberellin,auxin,and zeatin were significantly positively correlated with seed vigor,while abscisic acid content was significantly negatively correlated with seed vigor.The expression levels ofα-amylase and TaGA3ox2 genes at 12 and 48 hours after germination were significantly higher in the improved varieties than those in the local varieties.
