摘 要:大量研究支持5梅脱(MET)作为维持健康生存所需的最低有氧能力阈值,当达到约8~10 METs的有氧能力水平可进一步明显降低心血管风险、代谢性疾病和死亡率,因此带来更显著的健康益处。尽管12~14 METs的有氧能力对运动表现仍有益处,但对于大多数人来说,超过8 METs后的健康回报逐渐变小。通过有氧运动提高有氧能力已被证实是降低慢性疾病风险和促进健康最有效的方法。定期参加适度的、中等强度的运动即可显著提高有氧能力,降低慢性病风险并延长寿命。A large number of studies support 5 METs as the minimum aerobic capacity threshold required for maintaining healthy survival.However,achieving an aerobic capacity level of around 8-10 METs can further significantly reduce cardiovascular risk,metabolic diseases,and mortality,thus bringing significant health benefits.Although 12-14 METs fitness levels still provide benefits for athletic performance,for most people,the health returns beyond 8 METs gradually diminish.It has been proven that improving aerobic capacity through aerobic exercise is the most effective way to reduce chronic disease risks and promote health.Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise can significantly improve aerobic capacity,reduce chronic disease risks,and prolong life.
