摘  要:以我国顶尖女子乒乓球运动员陈梦备战2024年巴黎奥运会期间所采用的康复体能方案为典型案例,深入探究“康复体能一体化”这一前沿训练理念的实践应用价值。在为期6个月的系统性康复体能训练进程中,借助先进的运动康复评估技术与科学的体能训练体系,通过康复体能策略与专项需求的深度融合,陈梦的关节活动范围显著改善,核心旋转爆发力显著增强,有氧代谢能力显著提升,运动损伤风险得到有效控制,为其在高强度、多回合的比赛中持续保持良好竞技状态提供了坚实的体能基础,并为其在2024年巴黎奥运会上斩获优异成绩给予了强有力的支撑。Based on the case study of the Rehabilitation and and Physical Fitness Program adopted by China's top female table tennis player Chen Meng during her preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games,this paper probes into the practical value of applying the cutting-edge training concept for"integration of Rehabilitation and and Physical Fitness".In the 6-month systematic rehabilitation and physical training process,with the help of advanced sports rehabilitation assessment technology and scientific physical training system,and of the in-depth integration of rehabilitation and physical training strategies with specialized needs,Chen Meng's joint range of motion has been significantly improved,her core rotational and explosive power has been significantly enhanced,her aerobic metabolic capacity has been significantly improved,and the risk of sports injuries has been effectively controlled.The program provides a solid physical foundation for Chen Meng to maintain good athletic performance in high-intensity,multi-round matches,and provides strong support for her to achieve excellent results in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
