体系化发展背景下体育产业人才协同培养研究

摘　　要：体育产业人才是指具备专业知识和技能,并在体育产业的各个领域中发挥重要作用的人员。对2015—2021年我国体育产业各业态规模比例、人才结构变化规律和相关数据的结构偏离度进行分析,发现体育产业人才数量与产业规模同步上升、体育产业人才结构与产业结构同步改变,存在各主体职能尚未明晰、培养体系亟待更新、高素质复合型人才培养供不应求等问题。因此,政府部门、相关高校、社会培训机构等主体要协同创新,共同探索体育产业人才培养路径:一是坚持体育产业人才工作“一盘棋”,完善人才培养工作机制;二是构建实施体育产业标准化人才培养体系,推动人才资源匹配市场需求;三是加强培养急需紧缺人才,加大体育行业高素质人才培养力度。Sports industry talent refers to people who have professional knowledge and skills and play an important role in various fields of the sports industry.Based on the analysis of the scales of various sectors in sports industry,changes in talent structure,and structural deviation of related data in China's sports industry from 2015 to 2021,the study reveals that the number of talents in the sports industry has increased simultaneously with the industry scale,and the talent structure of the sports industry has changed together with the industry structure.However,there are still problems such as ambiguous functions of various entities,urgent need to update the training system,and insufficient supply of high-quality multidisciplinary talents.Therefore,government departments,related universities,social training institutions and other entities should collaborate and innovate to jointly explore the path of ta-lent cultivation in the sports industry.Firstly,we must adhere to the"one chess game"approach to ta-lent development in the sports industry and improve the mechanism for talent cultivation;The second is to establish and implement a standardized talent training system for the sports industry,and promote the matching of talent resources with market demand;The third is to strengthen the training of urgently needed talents,and increase the efforts to cultivate high-quality talents in the sports industry.
