摘 要:基于社会学制度主义视角,剖析体教融合背景下高校高水平运动队建设的制度逻辑困境,为我国高校高水平运动队建设的症结理解以及未来的高质量发展提供反思与启示。认为:体教融合背景下高校高水平运动队建设存在制度逻辑冲突问题,其表现为规制性要素的新旧碰撞、规范性要素的权威错位、文化—认知性要素的偏颇与局限3个方面。提出我国高水平运动队建设的纾解之策:完善搭建制度体系以保障规制性要素;动力形塑权威指引以凝合规范性要素;采取行动干预体教融合以引导文化—认知性要素。Based on the perspective of sociological institutionalism,the study analyses in depth the institutional logic dilemma of developing high-level sports team in universities in the context of integrating sports and education,and provides reflections and insights for understanding the crux of high-level sports team construction in China's colleges and universities as well as the future high-quality development.The study concludes that there is conflicting institutional logic in the construction of high-level sports teams in universities in the context of the integrating sports and education,which is manifested in the collision of the old and the new in terms of the regulatory element,the displacement of authority in terms of the normative element,and the bias and limitations of the cultural-cognitive element.Based on the above analyses,the study proposes the following solutions for the construction of China's high-level sports teams:the guarantee of regulatory elements with adequate institutional system;the cohesion of normative elements with dynamic authoritative guidance;the guidance of cultural and cognitive elements with action intervention in integration of sports and education.
