摘  要:研究生的心理健康状况关系到研究生自身的成长发展,也关系到我国高层次人才的培养质量。随着研究生招生规模扩大和培养要求提高,研究生群体面临着越来越大的压力和挑战,心理健康问题频发受到广泛关注。文章针对目前教育的困境进行分析,从研究生自身、家庭、学校和社会多个角度出发,通过发挥课堂的主渠道作用、丰富研究生心理健康教育方法,建设高校研究生心理健康教育系统工程等对策,完善研究生心理健康教育工作。The mental health status of graduate students is not only related to their own growth and development,but also closely related to the quality of high-level talent cultivation in China.At present,with the expansion of graduate enrollment scale and the increase in training requirements,the graduate student population is facing increasing pressure and challenges,and mental health problems are frequently occurring and receiving widespread attention.This article analyzes the current difficulties in education,starting from multiple perspectives such as graduate students themselves,their families,schools,and society.By leveraging the main channel role of the classroom,improving graduate student mental health education strategies,and constructing a university graduate student mental health education system engineering,measures are taken to improve graduate student mental health education work.
