斜角缺口钢端板连接装配式钢筋混凝土框架抗震试验研究

摘　　要：为了研究装配式混凝土框架的抗震性能,提高梁柱预制构件在生产、运输和施工方面的优势,设计了一种“全预制、端板钢套筒螺栓连接”的新型装配式干式连接混凝土框架结构体系,该节点基于局部钢套筒与混凝土柱组合,通过高强螺栓来实现梁柱之间的牢固连接。设计了两组缩尺装配式框架和一组等比例整体现浇混凝土框架,对其进行拟静力实验研究,分析研究框架的破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、耗能能力等。结果表明:两组装配式试件的滞回曲线前期呈现弓形,且装配式试件的峰值承载力比现浇试件提升了5.5%~7.1%,位移延性系数在3.5~3.8,证明了该装配式框架和整体现浇框架相比有同等的受力能力,且具有良好的抗震能力和变形能力。To study the seismic performance of prefabricated concrete frames and improve the advantages of beam-column prefabricated components in production,transportation and construction,we designed a new type of prefabricated dry-connection concrete frame structural system with“fully prefabricated,end-plate and steel sleeve connected by bolts”.Based on the combination of local steel sleeves and concrete columns,this node is firmly connected between beams and columns through high-strength bolts.We also design two sets of scaled assembly frames and one set of proportional integral cast-in-place concrete frames to conduct quasi-static experiments to study the failure mode,hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation,energy dissipation capacity,et al.of the frames.The results indicate that the hysteresis curve of the two prefabricated specimens shows an arch shape in the early stage of the test,and the peak bearing capacity of the prefabricated specimens is 5.5%~7.1%higher than that of the cast-in-place specimens,with displacement ductility coefficient of 3.5-3.8.These results demonstrate that the prefabricated frame possess equivalent load-bearing capacity to the overall cast-in-place frame,with good seismic and deformation capabilities.
