摘 要:为了方便薄壁多层波纹管与其连接件的环缝焊接,需要采用电阻缝焊将波纹管的直边段封焊在一起。但电阻焊缝存在封而不严的现象,就是容易出现未熔合,对于多层的总厚度大的波纹管体现得尤其明显。未熔合的电阻焊缝在环缝焊接中受热后容易分层,常因波纹管内层的薄壁烧穿,造成波纹管报废。采用在横位的多层多道焊可消除电阻焊缝未熔合的影响。将此技术应用到产品焊接上,取得了显著的经济效果,杜绝了多层的大厚度波纹管的报废现象。In order to facilitate the circular seam welding of thin wall multi-layer bellows and their connecting parts,it is necessary to use resistance seam welding to seal the straight edge of the bellows together.However,the resistance weld is sealed and not tight,that is,prone to lack of fusion,which is especially obvious for the multi-layer bellows with a large total thickness.The unfused resistance welds are easy to be separated after being heated in the circular seam welding,and the bellows are often scrapped due to the thin wall of the bellows inner layer burning through.The effect of lack of fusion of resistance welds can be overcome by using multi-layer and multipass welding in transverse position.The application of this technology to product welding has achieved remarkable economic results and prevented the scrap phenomenon of multi-layer large thickness bellows.
