摘 要:管子—管板角焊缝射线检测技术可检测角焊缝内部缺陷,具有灵敏度高、速度快、防护简单等特点,相较目前较多采用的渗透检测技术,对于内部缺陷的检测具有绝对的优势,因此在工业高端换热器产品无损检测方面应用得越来越多。但因焊缝结构特殊,被检区域壁厚差异大、影像变形大,对射线检测底片或图像的评定成为检测有效性的关键。本文以棒阳极管子—管板角焊缝射线检测技术的底片为例,结合焊缝中存在缺陷的影像进行解剖对比分析,为管子—管板角焊缝的射线检测的评定提供参考依据,通过提高对缺陷的识别和判定能力保证检测质量。The tube and tube-plate corner seam radiographic testing technology can detect internal defects in corner seams,with characteristics such as high sensitivity,fast speed,and simple protection.Compared with the commonly used penetration testing technology,it has absolute advantages in detecting internal defects and is increasingly being applied in non-destructive testing of high-end industrial heat exchanger products.However,due to the special structure of the weld seam,there is a significant difference in wall thickness and image deformation in the inspected area.Therefore,the evaluation of the radiographic inspection film or image becomes the key to the effectiveness of the inspection.This article takes the negative film of the rod anode tube and tubeplate corner weld seam radiographic testing technology as an example,and combines the images of defects in the weld seam for anatomical comparative analysis,providing a reference basis for the evaluation of radiographic testing of tube-plate corner welds,and ensuring the quality of testing by improving the ability to identify and judge defects.
