摘　　要：本文根据东方电气集团东方锅炉股份有限公司压力容器在监检过程中遇到的关于单独出厂的压力容器封头的各类问题,并结合《特种设备生产和充装单位许可规则》(TSG 07—2019)和《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(TSG 21—2016)(含第1号修改单)的要求进行解释说明,同时依据我厂多年来的制造经验,总结了关于单独出厂的压力容器封头的监检注意事项,希望能够对封头制造厂和压力容器制造厂提供一定的参考价值。This article explains various problems of pressure vessel heads that are delivered separately in the process of supervision and inspection of pressure vessels of Dong Fang Boiler Group Co.,Ltd in combination with the requirements of Licensing Rules for Production and Filling Units of Special Equipment(TSG 07—2019)and Safety Technology Supervision Regulations for Stationary Pressure Vessels(TSG 21—2016)(including Amendment No.1),and based on years of manufacturing experience of our factory,summarized the supervision and inspection precautions for separately manufactured pressure vessel heads,hoping to provide certain reference value for head manufacturers and pressure vessel manufacturers.
