医学生移动学习意愿量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化医学生移动学习意愿量表并进行信效度检验。方法参照Brislin翻译模式对英文版医学生移动学习意愿量表进行翻译、回译及文化调适,并于2023年7月采用便利取样法,选取黑龙江省哈尔滨市某医学院校520名护理本科生为研究对象检验量表信效度。结果中文版医学生移动学习意愿量表包含9个维度38个条目。总量表Cronbachα系数为0.953,各维度Cronbachα系数为0.694~0.883,重测信度为0.672~0.875。量表I-CVI为0.873~1.000,S-CVI为0.921;结构模型的拟合指标均符合标准。结论中文版医学生移动学习意愿量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估医学相关专业学生移动学习意愿情况的工具。Objective To translate the Mobile Learning Intention Scale for medical students(MLWS-MS)and test its reliability and validity.Methods With Brislin translation model,the MLWS-MS was translated into Chinese and in July 2023,520 nursing undergraduates from a medical college in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province were selected by convenience sampling as research objects to test its reliability and validity.Results The MLWS-MS contained 9 dimensions and 38 items.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.953,and that of each dimension ranged from 0.694 to 0.883.Retest reliability ranged from 0.672 to 0.875.Item level content validity index ranged from 0.873 to 1.000,and scale level content validity index was 0.921;the fitting indexes of the structural model all met the standard.Conclusion The Chinese version of MLWS-MS has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for accessing the mobile learning willingness in medical-related students.
