摘 要:京西“一库四河”流域生态区位特殊而重要,在保障首都北京用水安全和维护地区生态安全方面发挥着至关重要的作用。基于建设首都水源涵养功能区和生态环境支撑区、深入推进实施京津冀协同发展战略的时代背景,在对京西“一库四河”流域地理区位、河流水系、示范背景和示范原则进行论述基础上,重点对水源保护林营造地块选定、造林方式、林种树种选择、立地类型划分、造林模型设计和幼林抚育措施等主要技术,以及整地方式、混交方式、造林方法季节等施工关键技术进行提炼总结。同时,论述节能节水、劳动安全、环境保护和宣传工作等造林辅助措施。通过技术示范,可为地区水源保护林营造管理提供可供借鉴的技术参考。The“One Reservoir and Four Rivers”watershed in western Beijing holds a strategically important ecological position,playing a crucial role in ensuring water security for the capital and maintaining regional ecological stability.Against the backdrop of establishing the Capital Water Conservation Functional Zone and the Ecological Environment Support Zone and advancing the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,this study first examines the geographical location,river system,demonstration background,and guiding principles of the watershed.On this basis,it summarizes and refines the major technologies for water source protection forest construction,including site selection,afforestation methods,tree species selection,site classification,afforestation model design,and young forest tending measures.Additionally,it extracts key construction techniques,such as land preparation methods,mixed afforestation strategies,and afforestation timing.Furthermore,this study discusses auxiliary afforestation measures related to energy and water conservation,labor safety,environmental protection,and public awareness initiatives.Through technical demonstration,this research provides a valuable reference for the construction and management of water source protection forests in the region.
