摘  要:为深入了解蓝堇草营养器官的解剖特点,采用石蜡切片法对其根、茎、叶的解剖结构进行研究。研究结果显示,蓝堇草的根为二原型,根的次生结构发达,由周皮和次生维管组织构成;次生韧皮部细胞排列紧密,维管形成层细胞多层,次生木质部占根的比例达1/2以上,其导管呈放射状。茎由表皮、皮层和维管柱组成,表皮上分布有气孔,维管组织由9个环状排列的维管束构成,其次生结构不发达;茎的初生木质部导管呈“V”字形,茎的中央具髓。叶由表皮、叶肉、叶脉组成,属于异面叶类型,上下表皮均具气孔。蓝堇草的营养器官结构与其生长环境间存在着一定的适应性。To gain a deeper understanding of the anatomical characteristics of the vegetative organs of Leptopyrum fumarioides,the root,stem,and leaf structures were examined using the paraffin sectioning method.The results show that the root is diarch,with a well-developed secondary structure consisting of periderm and secondary vascular tissues.The secondary phloem cells are densely arranged,the vascular cambium is multilayered,and the secondary xylem accounts for more than half of the root,with its vessels arranged radially.The stem is composed of epidermis,cortex,and vascular cylinder.The epidermis contains stomata,and the vascular system consists of nine vascular bundles arranged in a ring.However,its secondary structure is underdeveloped.The primary xylem vessels in the stem form a"V"-shaped pattern,and the stem center contains a pith.The leaf consists of an epidermis,mesophyll,and veins,and it is classified as dorsiventral,with stomata present on both the upper and lower epidermal layers.The anatomical structure of the vegetative organs of Leptopyrum fumarioides exhibits adaptive characteristics in response to its growth environment.
