207例老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者需求兼顾程度现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解207例老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者需求兼顾程度现状,并探究其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样选择郑州市207例老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者作为研究对象。使用一般资料问卷、寻找平衡点量表、老年患者家庭照护能力量表对其进行调查,采用多重线性回归分析老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者需求兼顾程度的影响因素。结果老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者需求兼顾程度总分1.38(1.00,1.81)分,多重线性回归分析结果显示,照顾者婚姻状况、照顾时间、与患者关系及家庭照护能力是需求兼顾程度的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释总变异的24.1%。结论老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者需求兼顾程度总体处在较低水平,照顾者婚姻状况、照顾时间、与患者关系、家庭照护能力可显著影响老年痴呆患者家庭照顾者的需求兼顾程度。Objective To explore the current situation of demand balance of family caregivers of senile dementia patients in Zhengzhou city,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 207 family caregivers of senile dementia patients in Zhengzhou were selected by convenient sampling.General Information Questionnaire,Finding a Balance Scale,Family Care-giving Competence Scale for the Elderly were used to investigate the family caregivers,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the degree of family caregivers’demand balance.Results The total score of demand balance of family caregivers of senile dementia patients was 1.38(1.00,1.81).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status,caring time,relationship with the patients and family care ability of caregivers were the influencing factors(P<0.05),accounting for 24.1%of the total variation.Conclusion The degree of demand balance of family caregivers of senile dementia patients is at a relatively low level on the whole.Marital status,caring time,relationship with patients and family care ability of caregivers can affect the degree of demand balance of family caregivers of senile dementia patients.
