摘　　要：目的探讨GutCheck^(NEC)-SBAR在新生儿病房医护沟通全程管理的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1—12月某市三级甲等医院新生儿科患儿120例为对照组,采用常规医护沟通模式;2023年1—12月住院患儿120例,采用GutCheck^(NEC)-SBAR医护沟通全程管理方案;比较2组的应用效果。结果观察组护理Mini-CEX评分均值高于对照组,NEC发生率和伤口裂开并发症的发生率低于对照组,中文版医护信息交流分享量表得分均值高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论GutCheck^(NEC)-SBAR能提升新生儿科特定疾病情景下医护沟通效果,减少NEC及其并发症的发生率,为NEC疾病的预防与临床管理提供参考。Objective To investigate the application effect of GutCheck^(NEC)-SBAR in the whole process management of medical staff communication in the neonatal ward.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 120 neonates admitted to the neonatal department of a tertiary Grade-A hospital from January to December 2022 as the control group,who received conventional physician–nurse communication.Another 120 neonates admitted from January to December 2023 were assigned to the intervention group,where the GutCheck^(NEC)-SBAR full-process communication management approach was implemented.The outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The score of the Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise for nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The incidences of necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)and wound dehiscence complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The mean score of the Chinese version of the Medical Staff Information Exchange and Sharing Scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion GutCheck^(NEC)-SBAR can enhance the communication on specific diseases among medical staff in the neonatal ward,reduce the incidence of NEC and its complications,and provide references for the prevention and clinical management of NEC.
