摘  要:针对国内电化学储能电站环境风险评估的不足,通过深入分析电站及环境特征,构建了一个全面的环境风险评估体系,涵盖区域规划、周边环境、功能分区、运营管理和风险防控。采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,构建了电化学储能电站环境风险评估模型。该模型经长青储能电站案例验证,得出“较安全”的风险等级,与电站现状吻合,证明了评估模型的有效性。研究结果可为电化学储能电站的环境风险管理提供科学依据,对确保电站安全稳定运行具有重要意义。To address the shortcomings in environmental risk assessment of domestic electrochemical energy storage stations,a comprehensive assessment system was constructed through in-depth analysis of the stations and their environmental characteristics.The system encompassed regional planning,surrounding environment,functional zoning,operational management,and risk prevention.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)methods were employed to form the environmental risk assessment model for electrochemical energy storage stations.This model was validated through the Evergreen Energy Storage Station case,resulting in a risk level of"relatively safe",which aligned with the current status of the station,proving the model′s effectiveness.The study provided a scientific basis for environmental risk management of electrochemical energy storage stations,which is significant for ensuring safe and stable operation.
