基于分包商安全管理缺陷的事故致因因素分析

摘　　要：为做好Z公司分包商安全管理工作,对Z公司的在建45个项目进行周期性调研,综合文献查阅、专家组访谈等方法,结合事故致因因素理论,采用“4M1E”方法将分包商安全管理缺陷因素进行初步分类。运用灰数理论改进决策实验室法(DEMATEL)-解释结构模型(ISM),系统分析现阶段分包商安全管理缺陷的影响因素,根据各因素的影响程度给出提升分包商安全管理能力的对策。通过Z公司部分项目的实例运用,证明了所提模型与对策的有效性,可为后续分包商安全管理、事故预防等提供有力依据。To effectively manage the safety of Z company′s subcontractors,through periodic surveys of the 45 ongoing projects belonging to Z Company,combined with literature reviews,expert group interviews,and the theory of accident causation factors,the defect factors in subcontractors′safety management were initially classified using the"4M1E"method.Then,the DEMATEL-ISM method was improved using the grey number theory to systematically analyze the current factors affecting subcontractors′safety management defects,and countermeasures were proposed based on their impact levels to improve subcontractors′safety management capabilities.Finally,through the application of some projects of Z Company,the model and countermeasures were proved to be effective,which can provide a strong basis for the safety management and accident prevention of subsequent subcontractors.
