隧道大断面混凝土水化热温度响应特性研究

摘  要:隧道大断面混凝土结构尺寸大、结构形式和施工工艺复杂,在浇筑硬化过程中因水化热引起的温度差易导致裂纹的发展。基于此,开展了现场浇筑大体积混凝土水化热的温度响应特性现场监测研究,分析了不同断面位置处水化热的分布规律。结果表明:现场监测段混凝土水化热时程曲线可分为“升温区-高温区-降温区”3个区域;对于不同监测部位,随着垂直位置的上升,温度逐渐增加,弧顶中心处出现最高温度;同一测线上,温度分布大致呈现“中心>靠模>靠墙”的规律。现场监测段混凝土水化热应变时程曲线与水化热温度时程曲线同步,而水化热应力时程曲线则呈现略滞后于温度的现象。Due to the large structure dimensions,complex structural forms,and complex construction processes,the temperature differences caused by hydration heat during the casting and hardening process are prone to lead to the development of concrete cracks.Therefore,we conducted a field instrumentation study on the thermal temperature distribution characteristics of field-cast massive concretes,analyzed the distribution patterns of hydration heat at different tunnel section locations.The results indicated that the time-history curves of hydration heat induced concrete temperature in the monitored section can be divided into three zones,i.e.,heating zone,high temperature zone,and cooling zone.For different monitoring positions,the temperature gradually increased with the elevated vertical position,whereas the highest temperature occurred at the center of the arch top.Along the same measurement line,the temperature distribution generally followed the pattern of“center>close to the mold>close to the wall”.In addition,the time-history curve of hydration heat induced concrete strain in the monitored section synchronized with the time-history curve of hydration heat induced temperature,while the time-history curve of hydration heat induced stress exhibited a slight delay as compared to that of temperature.
